"CHANGE: It Starts With Me!"

As we go over our dictionary, change is defined as a making or becoming different, alteration or modification. Change happens every time, everywhere, in every individuals around the world. It can be physically, mentally, psychologically and socially. It is also a powerful aspect in one's life because it can affect everyone. It's result can either be good or bad depending on the change that happens.

Everyone needs to change, just as our society where we live and interact with one another. And I believe that change starts with every individual, so do I.

I will be the start of new beginning and new face of youngsters today. I will be a set of role model to every youth in the community where I belong. I will convince every youth to in our barangay to help me convince also the other youths to stay away from drugs and help them to be in Christ again. And also as an SK kagawad I will lead my fellow youth to clean our environment and plant more trees to make our barangay clean and green, free from pollution and to prevent diseases over our vicinity. Each of us can do something good to change the things that hinders progress. Discipline is all we need!!!

"CRISTMAS TRUE ESSENCE"

Christmas is commonly known to us as the birth of our beloved savior, Jesus Christ. And it is also known as yuletide season. while, to every children, Christmas is the coming of Santa Claus to give presents to every good children. But what was the real or genuine essence of Christmas?

And it's again fast approaching, it's cold breeze is already felt by everybody. But sad to say it's true essence is not so familiar with every individuals. and giving and sharing what you have wholeheartedly to someone is good but giving what you have to someone wholeheartedly without expecting something in return is the best. And of course when you give, give it with love, for giving is useless without love in it. And forgiveness is also one of it's essence. Forgiveness is the best gift we can give to someone who've cause us pain and hurts. For Christmas is also the season for forgiveness and forgetting things that had happened in the past. Because Christmas can never be as perfect as we expected it to be if our heart is carrying a heavy burden. And we can never enjoy it's existence with a heart as hard as a stone. That's why we should learn to forgive and forget things in the past and start looking forward to the future ahead of you. That's is it's real essence for ME!!!

"Welcoming New year sa a New Creation"

The year 2010 has been officially ended, thus 2011 has arrived. we usually welcome new year by means of our traditional ways such as preparing a meal commonly known to us Filipinos as "media noche". And we also welcome it by lighting fireworks, in which we believe that by doing this, we can drive bad luck away from us, from our family, and most especially inside our house. And also, so that good luck will come. We are also used to having a promise to ourselves to do things we haven't done and change things that needs to be change such as bad attitudes, and this is called new year's resolution. Each of us, probably have a new year's resolution this 2011. what about you? Do you have any new year's resolution? because it will be, best if we start the year right to end it right as well.
That's why this 2011, i will do my best to change my not-so-appreciated attitudes such as being snob, hard headed, hot tempered and most especially being lazy sometimes. Because I want to have more friends this year and be a so called obedient child to my parents to minimize their burden a little. And I will also do my best to excel more in my academics to make them feel more proud of me. I will also dedicate my GOD given ability and talent to serve Him and be a more matured born again Christian, for me to be able to disciple non-believers and bring them again to Christ.

"Magandang Pagsasamahan Tungo sa Maayos at Maunlad na Lipunan."

A good and harmonious relationship between citizens in a society really is a good way to the road of it's success and it's progress. But how can we establish a good relationship between every citizens? And how can we maintain this relationship? But what is a society anyway?
A society is a place wherein it's composed of several families living in one place. It's where the citizens interact with one another, with their friends, relatives and neighbors. Just like the barangay i know for example. In a barangay  this every citizen have this so called harmonious relationship towards one another. And because of this harmonious relationship they have LOVE, CARE, PATIENCE and COOPERATION are developed  between them. And now this barangay is making it's own name because of it's continous progress. And their key was their good relationship towards each other. But sad to say our country, the PHILIPPINES lack on this, that's why it's still stagnant. It didn't show any progress.  Many presidents had been elected and yet nothing happened and it's because, we the INHABITANTS of this country lacks cooperation. We can still do something to save our country. And all we have to do is discipline ourselves and try to COOPERATE. That's all!!!

" A Wonderful Break"

Semestral break is one of my most awaited time during classes.WHY??? Because it is the time wherein we can have a short pause on thinking about our lessons, quizzes, etcetera, etcetera, Before entering again the world of students which is a very stressful one.

Spending semestral break may vary in some ways. Some may spent theirs going happy-go-lucky, by going out with their friends. Some may spent it in a productive way while some may spent it doing nothing. Thus spending it depends on how the individual chose to. But as for me, I've chose to spent mine in a productive way. I've spend my sembreak by attending an EGR(Encounter God Retreat) a conference wherein the delegates were all Christians like me.We spent three(3) days at Napo, Magsingal. In this conference we talked about on how to win souls, how to disciple, how to conquer our fears, on how to regain our self confidence and the most important is on how to defeat our greatest enemy, Which is SATAN. Attending activities like this is worth every effort and every penny I've spent, not to mention the beautiful sceneries I've seen during the encounter. That's how I spent my semestral break.
